We are seeking an Assistant General Manager for our scratch kitchen concept that is loved by the locals. Our passionate team thrives on providing premium local products and exemplary service. If you are a people-centric leader that is self-driven and enjoys developing others, I'd love to chat :)

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
Positive mentality and outlook to leading the team
Communicate and uphold brand standards amongst the team
Oversee guest services and set the example of being detail-oriented and positive
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and develop the team through coaching and mentoring
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience
Must have a broad knowledge of high-volume, scratch kitchen operations
Must be self-motivated and hands-on
Ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout operations
ServeSafe Certification preferred
