We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk II in the manufacturing industry, based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. As an Accounts Payable Clerk II, your role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining precise customer credit records, and resolving customer queries. You will also be in charge of monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.


Responsibilities:


• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain precise records of customer credit data

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary

• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations

• Carry out ad hoc financial tasks as required

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and archiving

• Use Oracle and Dynamics GP for various finance and HR administration tasks.

• Proven experience in Customer Service and Office Functions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration and Finance principles.

• Ability to manage relationships with Vendors and perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks.

• Experience in Filing and using Oracle software for financial tasks.

• Ability to work on Integration projects and foster Collaboration within teams.

• Experience dealing with Suppliers within the Financial Services industry.

• Willingness to work Onsite and handle Settlements.

• Knowledge of Dynamics software and Contract Administration.

• Experience in Archiving and possessing A Plus certification is advantageous.

• Understanding of Sustainable practices within the manufacturing industry.

• Ability to foster Employee Engagement within a Multinational setting.
