This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to our litigation attorneys and will have a significant role in managing our complex litigation matters. This position requires an individual who is professional, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have a proven track record of at least 1+ year of experience in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in all phases of the litigation process, from initial discovery through trial preparation.
2. Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
3. Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
4. Organize and maintain case files, manage case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate case progress.
5. Prepare and organize exhibits and evidence for depositions and trials.
6. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
7. Assist attorneys in deposition preparation and trial strategy.
8. Utilize various legal software and technology for litigation support and case management.
9. Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with professional ethics.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in a law firm environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
3. Proficient in legal research tools and litigation support software.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Extensive knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing procedures.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
