Responsibilities:
• Act as point of contact for incoming phone calls and manage an active switchboard.
• Handle email correspondences with vendors and tenants, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Provide assistance in processing compliance paperwork and applications to maintain organizational efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite to complete necessary tasks and manage information.
• Maintain and organize files for easy access and retrieval.
• Manage mail processing tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing mail is handled efficiently and accurately.
• Leverage basic office skills to optimize administrative operations.
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to ensure all responsibilities are met in a timely manner.• Proficiency in operating switchboards and managing phone lines (1-10 lines)
• Demonstrated experience with basic office skills
• Ability to effectively use email for communication
• Familiarity with filing systems and record keeping
• Experience in mail processing and distribution
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
