Positions We Are Filling: We are hiring Customer Service Representatives.
 
Where: 15395 SE 30th Pl, Bellevue, WA 98007, USA
Compensation:
  • $20.00 – $25.00 per hour based on location
Schedule: Open to Either Shift
5:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. PST Full-Time. Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST Full-Time. Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day

In our Contact Center, you will:
  • Receive inbound phone calls from customers, answer their questions, and help solve problems
  • Make outbound phone calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm information
  • Respond to correspondence and information requests by e-mail
  • Perform data entry of information into our insurance-tracking database
  • Gain product knowledge so you can talk about product features
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Note: You will not make outbound sales calls – this is a customer service position 
We Are Looking for: Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning how to provide excellent customer service.
 
Requirements:
  • Good typing skills: 40+ words per minute – if you are not sure of your typing level, we can test you and provide guidance on improving your typing skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a call center or contact center a plus


Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
