Location: Shelbyville, TN
Position Type: Part-Time, Itinerant
School Year: 2024-2025
Days per Week: 3 days (with potential for increase based on OT referrals)
Time per Day: 7 hours
Details: Specifics will be determined during the interview. The district matches candidates based on their interests regarding age level and location.

Job Summary:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a part-time itinerant Occupational Therapist for the 2024-2025 school year in Shelbyville, TN. The position offers flexibility and involves both direct service and consultation.

Responsibilities:

  • Test students referred for OT or sensory evaluations, or due for re-evaluations.
  • Attend IEP and support team meetings.
  • Provide consultation services for students and teachers.
  • Directly serve 11 students across 4 different schools and consult on 15-20 additional students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid Tennessee OT license.
  • Experience with various age levels preferred.
