Position: Onsite Intervention Specialist
Location: Lake Darby, OH
Contract Duration: 2024-2025 School Year

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted intervention strategies to support students who are struggling academically and behaviorally.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to identify students needs and create effective intervention plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to reinforce academic skills and address specific learning challenges.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to ensure academic growth and success.
- Facilitate and participate in student support meetings, including IEP meetings and team conferences.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, intervention plans, and outes.
- Offer professional development and support to teachers on effective intervention techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Valid Ohio teaching license or certification in intervention and support services.
- Experience in developing and implementing intervention strategies for students in a school setting.
- Strong munication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and support staff.
