  • We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis.
  • The position involves assembling and testing medical devices using a variety of tools and equipment.
  • Candidates must be open to working during weekdays and Saturdays when needed.
  • Please note that the contract-to-hire transition may take longer than six months.
  • All candidates MUST be open to Overtime during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.
  • 1st Shift- 5:45am-2:15pm
Responsibilities
  • Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
  • Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
  • Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with microscopes.
  • Small part assembly.
  • Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.
  • Ability to work with a microscope 90% of the shift.
  • Able to work with small parts and inspect various raw materials, with the main product being catheters.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Work Environment
  • This position involves working in a manufacturing cleanroom environment 100% of the time.
  • Employees will be working in close stations with cleanroom attire required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00
