1st Shift Assembler

- We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis.
- The position involves assembling and testing medical devices using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Candidates must be open to working during weekdays and Saturdays when needed.
- Please note that the contract-to-hire transition may take longer than six months.
- All candidates MUST be open to Overtime during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.
- 1st Shift- 5:45am-2:15pm
- Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
- Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience with microscopes.
- Small part assembly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.
- Ability to work with a microscope 90% of the shift.
- Able to work with small parts and inspect various raw materials, with the main product being catheters.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00
