The selected candidate will take up key roles in HR administration, reporting directly to the HR Director, and utilizing the ADP Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to accomplish the company's HR goals. Responsibilities will include planning and executing daily HR operations, interacting with benefit vendors, managing Leaves of Absence, aiding in recruitment policies, ensuring legal compliance, and supervising employee relations. Our client provides excellent benefits, a welcoming work environment, and a relaxed atmosphere. This position offers a valuable chance for an individual with impressive quick-learning skills to develop professionally in the HR field under the mentorship of the HR Director. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' HR experience, as well as strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel. The role is based on-site in West LA and offers a salary range of $80k-$100k. Prior experience with ADP would be highly beneficial
