Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Morgan Hill, California

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Morgan Hill, California. The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders, working collaboratively with educators and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the classroom and at home.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
