Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with individuals of all ages to diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Design and Implement Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their communication goals.
  • Deliver Therapy Sessions: Deliver therapy sessions using a range of techniques and tools to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Maintain Client Records: Maintain detailed records of client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide expert input on speech and language goals.
Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid State Licensure: Hold valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP): Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be eligible to obtain one.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a School Setting: Possess experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with speech and language disorders.
