Job Posting: HR Compliance Specialist – OFCCP Audits (Remote)

Location: Remote (EST HRS)
Hourly Pay Range: $47 - $54hr depending on experience level
Estimated Hours: Full-time, standard business hours

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Compliance Specialist to support our Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audits. In this role, you will work closely with HR Compliance teams, site HR teams, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and vendors to ensure timely and accurate audit submissions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in data analysis, HR compliance, and working with OFCCP regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • OFCCP Audit Preparation & Support: Assist in preparing for and supporting OFCCP audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

  • Data Research & Analysis: Perform data research, statistical analysis, and prepare necessary information for OFCCP audit submissions and responses.

  • Collaboration: Work with HR Compliance team members, site HR teams, CoEs, and vendors to gather and compile the required data and responses for audit submissions.

  • Audit Consistency: Follow standard HR compliance work processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across audit submissions.

  • Audit Response Management: Assist in responding to audit questions and requests promptly and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources or Legal.

  • 3+ years of direct experience working with OFCCP audits.

  • Familiarity with regulations enforced by the OFCCP.



Pay Details: $47.00 to $54.00 per hour
