Position Summary: We are seeking a driven, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
  • Perform administrative duties, take memos, maintain files, maintain calendars, and organize documents. as needed
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files
  • Run general industry related errands
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records
  • Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
  • Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms, update company calendars
  • Attend company functions and networking events
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

About you:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college in Junior or Senior year (At least 18 years of age)
  • Your degree should be business related (ie., Business Admin., Mgmt., etc.).
  • Availability to work a hybrid schedule 40 hours/week throughout summer break.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

  • Realizar tareas generales relacionadas con la industria.
  • Gestionar bases de datos e ingresar información, datos y registros.
  • Investigar y recopilar documentación sobre la posición de la empresa en la industria.
  • Organizar, desarmar, organizar y mantener salas de conferencias, salas de capacitación y salas de reuniones; actualizar calendarios de la empresa.
  • Asistir a funciones y eventos de la empresa para hacer networking.
  • Observar múltiples posiciones en la oficina y entrenar en una variedad de tareas.
Acerca de ti:
  • Debes estar inscrito/a en una universidad/académica acreditada, en el tercer o cuarto año (al menos 18 años de edad).
  • Tu carrera debe estar relacionada con negocios (Ej. Administración de Empresas, Gestión, etc.).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario híbrido de 40 horas/semana durante las vacaciones de verano.
  • Habilidades informáticas avanzadas, incluyendo Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint y Excel).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
