Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor.Mondelz International was recognized as one of the Top 100 Intern Programs in the US in 2024 by WayUp and one of the Best Companies for New Graduates by Forbes.The Procurement Sourcing Intern supports the development of best-in-class procurement practices, including sourcing strategy development and deployment, management of external partners, ways of working and stakeholder management to maximize total value contribution for a specific sub spend area within the respective spend tower. This is managed in close collaboration with the regional procurement teams, MSC (Manufacturing & Supply Chain), Finance and MDS (Mondelz Digital Services).The role ensures compliance with policies, strategies, and processes to drive business value to Mondelez. He/She/They should ideally be pursuing an undergraduate degree in either Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Management or Marketing. Experience and/or a general understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain or Marketing is desired, but not required.
