Hiring Paraprofessionals | Stoneham, MA

ProCare Therapy is looking for dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join our team in Stoneham, MA. This is a full-time role where you will make a difference in the lives of students with special needs.

Position Overview:

  • Full-Time: 34 hours per week
  • Provide individualized or group assistance to students with disabilities.
  • Support the implementation of IEPs and classroom activities alongside the special education teacher.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist students with personal care, communication, life skills, and mobility.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred.
  • Experience working with students with intellectual, behavioral, or social-emotional needs is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly W2 payments
  • $20+/hour (depending on experience)
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • 401k matching
