School Psychologist (Semi Full-Time, 4 Days Per Week)
Location: Rocklin, CA
Position Type: Semi Full-Time (4 Days/Week)
Pay: Starting at $50/hour for qualified candidates

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our district team in Rocklin, California. This semi full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to provide psychological services that promote academic and social-emotional success.

About the Role:
This position is designed for 4 days per week and includes working with students in both a middle school setting and an Adult Transition program. The caseload consists of 7 students, along with additional district psychology needs as required.

Schedule Overview:

  • 3 Days Per Week: Support students in grades 7-8 at the middle school.
  • 1 Day Per Week: Serve students aged 18-22 in the Adult Transition program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students strengths, challenges, and eligibility for services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to develop and implement effective support strategies.
  • Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings, contributing expertise to develop goals and accommodations.
  • Provide counseling and intervention services as needed for students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Assist with broader district psychology needs, including crisis intervention, assessments, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology.
  • Experience in middle school and/or transition-age student services preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
