Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operator 2 with experience in Oracle to join our team. This role requires strong computer skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Purpose of the Job:
  • The Warehouse Operator 2 will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods with accuracy and required documentation. 
  • This position also involves participating in physical inventory and delivering goods to manufacturing.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Shipping Materials: Pick and pack items for outbound shipments with a strong emphasis on detail.
  • Receiving Materials: Receive and store incoming materials at the correct temperature as per protocol.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Report Discrepancies: Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Documentation Inspection: Inspect and compare incoming materials with packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Labeling: Document and label materials according to established procedures.
  • Tool Utilization: Effectively use all department tools as required.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications:Education:High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Oracle and Inventory Management (IM).
Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and tug up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Strong math skills, including unit of measure conversion.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Environmental Conditions:
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks.
  • Lift and move heavy and awkward objects.
  • Must wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Work in cold conditions in walk-in coolers and freezers.

Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (including bags, boxes, mail, and chemical samples).
