Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team at Branding Iron - Holten Meat. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for operating a STAND UP - DEEP REACH FORKLIFT to process customer orders, pick and stage products, and maintain a safe work environment.

Work Hours and Shifts

This position works five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Shift #1 (day shift) operates from 5:00am to 1:30pm, while Shift #2 (night shift) operates from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. Pay rates are $22.39/hour for day shift and $23.39/hour for night shift.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate a STAND UP - DEEP REACH FORKLIFT to process customer orders.
  • Pick and stage products in inventory, ensuring they are not damaged.
  • Load and unload trucks, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure a safe work environment, following company policy and procedures.
Machinery and Equipment
  • Operate a STAND UP - DEEP REACH FORKLIFT, adhering to safety guidelines.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility.
  • Work in a cold environment, with freezer areas at zero degrees or colder, and production floors at approximately 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wear ear protection when working on the production floor, due to moderate noise levels.

  • Located in the Metro St. Louis area, approximately 15 miles from South County, MO, 13 miles from Belleville, IL, 21 miles from Waterloo, IL, and 37 miles from Marissa, IL.
