Position Overview:
The Registered Behavior Technician will work closely with students, teachers, and families to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. This is a school-based position, offering the opportunity to support students in developing the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Collect and record data on student progress during sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve student behavior and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • ValidRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree in related fields preferred).
  • Experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
