Job Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on customer aircraft.

  • Fabricate and modify structural components and perform minor composite repairs.

  • Conduct hidden damage inspections and assist with complex structural repairs.

  • Remove and install aircraft components as needed.

  • Operate ground support equipment and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards.

  • Document work performed per manuals and regulations, and participate in 5-S organizational activities.

  • Assist with off-site maintenance, towing, and other disciplines as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in structural sheet metal repair/modification.

  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and communicate effectively (verbal and written).

  • Certifications: A Certification, A&P Certificate, or Repairman Certificate (preferred).

  • Tools & Training: Own basic hand tools, ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications, and a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if applicable.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and non-scheduled workdays as needed.

Pay Details: 35.00 to 42.00 per hour
