Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Experience Design Specialist with expertise in PowerBI and Python to join our dynamic team. This role involves consulting on innovative business solutions, tackling complex challenges across multiple domains, and contributing to large-scale, high-impact projects. As an expert in experience design, you will help shape strategies, lead initiatives, and deliver solutions that require vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic consulting on experience design initiatives across content design, design programs, design research, strategy, and product design.
• Resolve complex, unique challenges that require deep evaluation across multiple business and technical areas.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and client teams to deliver long-term solutions.
• Influence and guide client personnel through the design process, ensuring innovative and effective outcomes.
• Apply your expertise in PowerBI and Python to help clients make data-driven decisions, create custom reports, and automate processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design (or equivalent combination of experience, work, training, military, or education).
• Expertise in PowerBI for business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and integration within design workflows.
• Proven ability to handle complex, large-scale projects requiring both creative and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and client teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business strategy, data-driven decision making, and design thinking.
• Strong analytical and inductive thinking capabilities.
