ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2024/2025 school year in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time position will involve working with an elementary student population across two school sites. We are looking for candidates who have experience with AAC devices and are ready to make an immediate impact. SLPs are also encouraged to apply

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Location: Fort Worth, TX
  • Caseload: Elementary population, 2 school sites
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Duration: Start ASAP May 23, 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Support students in developing communication skills, particularly with AAC devices
  • Assist with IEP implementation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote communication success in the classroom
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLPA license
  • Experience with AAC devices required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work across multiple school sites
