Hiring Speech Language Pathologist Assistants for the 24-25 School Year

Position Details:
- Full-Time
- On-site
- $33-38/hr
- Pre-K Resource Therapy
Job Description:
- Assist speech-language pathologist (SLP) in providing speech and language therapy to students.
- Conduct individual or small group therapy sessions under the supervision of the SLP.
- Implement therapy plans and activities designed by the SLP to address students' speech and language goals.
- Provide support in classroom settings to facilitate communication and language development.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication needs.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and resources for therapy sessions.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with students and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in school or pediatric environments is preferred
- Must possess SLPA licenses and teaching certifications forFlorida.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues

Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
