Job DescriptionJob Description
Job Summary:• Focus on hospitality: managing two main kitchens on two floors of the law firm.• Assist with daily set-up for meetings.• Provide reception coverage during lunch or breaks.• Cross-trained to work in the copy center (copy/print/scan).
Key Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain two main kitchens.• Assist with conference room setup and breakdown.• Provide reception coverage as needed.• Perform copy, print, and scan tasks in the copy center.
Required Qualifications:• Experience in a corporate/legal environment.• Conference room setup and breakdown experience.• Hospitality/front desk experience in a professional/corporate environment.• Solid computer skills.• Excellent customer service skills.• Positive attitude and customer-facing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in hospitality and copy/scan/print.
Additional Information:• Accessible by public transportation; the building is located near Suburban Station.
