General Manager Qualifications

 

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a General Manager
  • Exceptional focus on detail and delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage operations in a high-volume fine-dining setting
  • Experience managing multiple units or locations
  • Strong expertise in restaurant financial management and analysis
  • Skilled in building cohesive teams and mentoring staff for professional growth
