Are you a seasoned and creative Executive Chef looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are seeking a Corporate Executive Chef to lead multiple kitchens and elevate our culinary offerings across several locations. Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement seasonal menus that ensure quality and consistency across all locations
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and food cost optimization
  • Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
  • Conduct audits to ensure food safety and enforce company standards in all kitchens
Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, multi-unit restaurant or hotel setting
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing kitchen teams
  • Expertise in inventory control, food cost management, and kitchen operations
  • Skilled in crafting seasonal menus with fresh ingredients, while maintaining consistency and accommodating dietary needs
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate with both kitchen teams and corporate leadership
