School Social Worker Needed for the 24/25 School Year in Holly, MI
Position: School Social Worker
Location:Holly, Michigan
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
Hours: Full-time
Caseload: Elementary Students, specific details shared during interview with the district
About Us:
At ProCare Therapy, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for our students. Our mission is to address the social and emotional needs of our diverse student population. We are seeking a passionate and skilled School Social Worker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create comprehensive support plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and programs to promote mental health awareness and resilience.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of students.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Current license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan.
- Experience working with Elementary school students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Support Team:
You will be part of a dedicated team ofteachers and social workers, all working together to support the social and emotional development of our students. We emphasize collaboration and teamwork in our approach to student support.
Additional Information:
- This position is onsite only
- This Position would be a W-2 Contracted Position for the 24/25 School Year

- Weekly paychecks with competitive hourly rates: $35/Hour to $45/Hour
