Special Education Teacher
Hourly Rate: Up to $25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Location: Near Fayetteville, OH
Required Degrees and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Ohio paraprofessional license or ability to obtain one

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district near Fayetteville, OH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in the academic and personal development of students with varying needs in a collaborative and positive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs, ensuring they have access to learning materials and resources.
  • Support the physical, emotional, and social development of students.
  • Monitor and document student progress and behavior as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Ohio paraprofessional license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
