Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCivil Engineering firm has an immediate opening for a skilled CAD Designer to join their team in the Round Rock area. The CAD Designer duties include:

• Prepare site layouts (drainage, grading, drive lanes/parking, etc.) in alignment with
client and governing code requirements

• Develop accurate models of proposed surfaces, pipe networks, etc. using Civil 3D

• Work with Project Engineers to develop storm sewer models & drainage area maps

• Plan, schedule, and conduct detailed phases of technical work

• Organize/Evaluate project quantities and volumes for reporting and estimating

Typical project workload is 65-85 per month.

Required Experience/Education:

• Minimum of 2 years as a designer with similar responsibilities

• Minimum of 4 years in land development

• Minimum of 4 years of Civil 3D experience
