We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience leading large-scale culinary operations across restaurants, catering, banquets, and cafeteria settings in Rhode Island. Relocation required. This role demands a visionary leader with exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage complex, high-volume operations effectively. The ideal candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, inspiring teams to deliver outstanding quality, innovative menus, and exceptional guest experiences in diverse and fast-paced environments.

Executive Chef Requirements/Responsibilities

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in high-volume operations across diverse settings
• Lead and oversee kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence
• Develop innovative menus and plan for special events
• Manage food orders, inventory, and cost controls to minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
