Seeking a skilled Chef to bring culinary creativity to a local Country Club. This Chef must have a passion for cooking as well as team development and leadership. 5–7 years of experience in a Country Club setting preferred.

Chef Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Challenge the culinary team to develop new and exciting seasonal offerings
  • Collaborate with front of house team to maintain a smooth operation
  • Develop recipes and processes that minimize food cost
  • Responsible for financial management, kitchen personnel management, and menu development
  • Ability to fulfill à la carte requests, a must
