Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6.5 hours per day

ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a remote Speech Language Pathologist position for candidates in Hazen, ND. This flexible, work-from-home role allows you to provide essential speech therapy services to K-12 students while managing a manageable caseload.

Your Impact:

  • Role: Remote position with a focus on delivering high-quality speech therapy services.
  • Setting: Virtual, providing therapy services remotely.
  • Focus: Assisting K-12 students with various speech and language needs.
  • Caseload Size: Manage a caseload of fewer than a dozen students, providing services to around 20 students.

What You'll Do:

  • Therapy Services: Conduct remote therapy sessions tailored to each students needs.
  • Manage Caseload: Oversee a caseload of less than a dozen students, with direct services provided to approximately 20 students.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Engage: Facilitate effective one-on-one or small group virtual therapy sessions.

A Day in the Life:
Start your day with a structured virtual setup, greeting students and beginning therapy sessions. Mornings will involve providing tailored speech therapy to your students. Use midday to collaborate with teachers and parents via virtual meetings to discuss strategies and progress. The afternoon will be spent continuing therapy sessions and planning for future sessions. End your day knowing youve made a significant impact from the comfort of your home.

What Were Looking For:

  • Licensure: Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Dakota.
  • Experience: Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in remote therapy tools and platforms.
