Looking for assemblers to join our team on 1st (5AM-3PM) and 2nd shift (3PM-1AM), M-Th. Overtime is voluntary and offered on Fridays. The pay range for these positions is $18-19.30/hour, depending on shift. This is a fully on-site position in Holland, MI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for using work orders or instructions to assemble units.
  • Pulling parts from inventory to prepare part kits for shipment, and fastening parts together using various fasteners.
  • You will use hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers to assemble parts.
  • Ensuring your workspace is clean and adhering to visual work order instructions provided via computers and tablets at each station.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous assembly experience and/or have experience in manufacturing and consider themselves mechanically inclined.

Work Environment:

The work space is temperature controlled and clean. There is a spacious breakroom with snacks and kitchen appliances to prepare your food. This company has a very team oriented culture, if you have a good attitude and good attendance, you can do very well and grow here.
