Are you a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the manufacturing industry? We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. This role is an integral part of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the efficiency and success of our manufacturing processes. You will manage a range of administrative, financial, and logistical tasks, serving as the backbone of our operations. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a knack for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
As our Office Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Oversee and manage all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
3. Perform reception duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
5. Oversee purchase order system, including placing, tracking, and fulfilling orders, as well as resolving any related discrepancies.
6. Provide back office support to the production and sales team, including scheduling, communication, and other logistical assistance.
7. Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
8. Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
9. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, inventory, purchase orders, and other financial and logistical aspects of office management.
3. Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
4. Proficient with office management software like MS Office (especially MS Excel) and accounting software.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Strong problem-solving ability, with a knack for developing efficient, scalable solutions.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to manage internal and external relationships in a professional manner.
