Do you have a strong desire to improve people's lives? Do you find immigration law to be of great interest? A vibrant, expanding legal practice looking for a committed and capable Paralegal to join the team.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Help lawyers with the preparation of applications and legal papers.

  • Perform analysis and research in the field of law.

  • Interact with clients and other case participants.

  • Organize and manage documents and case files.

  • Give the legal staff administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • a bachelor's degree in legal studies or a similar discipline, or its equivalent.

  • prior work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, ideally with an emphasis on immigration law.

  • strong communication and organizing abilities.

  • the capacity to function both alone and together.

  • proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Being multilingual in Spanish is advantageous but not required.
