Job Overview:

ProCare Therapy is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing teletherapy network. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, providing essential speech and language services to students in Minnesota schools. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy that comes with telepractice, while still benefiting from the robust clinical and technical support that Procare Therapy is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services via teletherapy to K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
  • Monitor and track students progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' speech and language goals.
  • Provide assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress.
  • Not all responsibilities and duties listed, may vary based on each specific position.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Master's Degree in Speech & Communication Sciences or a closely related field.
  • Certification:Must hold an active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Licensure:
    • Active state license and teaching certificate
    • Must be licensed in your residential state, if applicable.
  • Experience:A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting with CCC's.
  • Technical Requirements:Reliable and secure internet connection and proficiency with teletherapy platforms. Technical screening required for prequalification.
  • Insurance:Must be willing to obtain professional liability insurance.

  • Eligibility:This position is only available for fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologists. No remote positions are available for assistant-level or internship positions.
