We are a growing company. They are known for their coffee but also have a small limited menu of smoothies, Açaí bowls, and sandwiches.


Restaurant General Manager Perks:

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties: scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering
  • Team development-hire and training a successful team
  • Customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Manage costs and profitability
  • Promote a safe and friendly work environment

GMs are paid hourly between $26-30 hr., and will incur OT — Total compensation is typically around 85-90k with salary and bonus

*Must have 2-years minimum of GM, No GMs with only a coffee background (Starbucks, Coffee Bean, etc.)
