Restaurant General Manager Perks:

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties: scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering
- Team development-hire and training a successful team
- Customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Manage costs and profitability
- Promote a safe and friendly work environment
GMs are paid hourly between $26-30 hr., and will incur OT — Total compensation is typically around 85-90k with salary and bonus
*Must have 2-years minimum of GM, No GMs with only a coffee background (Starbucks, Coffee Bean, etc.)
