What We’re Looking For:
  • 3-5+ years of CNC machining experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Proficiency in operating machining centers, mills, and lathes
  • Strong understanding of machine code, shop math, and trigonometric functions
  • Experience with traditional and advanced inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.)
  • Effective problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, prove out, and edit part programs on various CNC machines
  • Calculate and adjust tool speeds and feeds to optimize machining conditions
  • Verify part dimensions using inspection tools, CMMs, and optical equipment
  • Interpret part prints and apply Geometric Tolerancing principles
  • Maintain machine fluid levels, care for equipment, and inform leadership of maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate records in JobBOSS and other documentation systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and comply with safety regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and organized work environment
