Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sales support activities to aid the team's effectiveness
• Generate leads to create new sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads to maintain active communication and ensure customer satisfaction
• Engage in warm calling to nurture relationships with potential clients
• Undertake cold calling activities to reach out to potential customers and identify their needs.• Proficient in sales and customer service
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints
• Knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in using sales software and other relevant computer applications
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
• Strong listening, presenting and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work on flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus
