Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will be contributing to our customer service team, managing customer interactions, data entry, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining customer relationships and enhancing our service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, acting as the first point of contact for customers.
• Review and process customer orders efficiently.
• Utilize computer programs and Microsoft Excel to manage and update customer information in the database.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing a high level of service and support.
• Assist customers with their needs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle inbound calls, providing information and resolving any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Use 'About Time' software to track and manage tasks.
• Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Proficiency in computer programs is crucial for this role.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with answering inbound calls is required.
• Must be adept at assisting customers, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Experience with order entry is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• A customer-oriented approach is essential.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
