Job Title: Quick Service Restaurant Manager – High Volume, Hands-On – Newark, NJ (EWR)

Location: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), Newark, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of a high-volume quick-serve restaurant at Newark Liberty International Airport.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional service, quality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Hands-on approach to maintain operational excellence, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, including sales growth, labor management, and food cost control.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and by implementing marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and operational policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Mentor and develop your team, creating a positive and engaging work environment with a focus on career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume quick-serve or fast-casual environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing operations and developing staff.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs in a high-pressure setting.
  • Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and labor control.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.
