Detailer

Paying $18 / HR - $20 / HR

Location - Portland, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect the unit to assure that the final product matches the customer order.
  • Assure that the completed product meets quality standard for form, fit and function of the completed units.
  • Assist in the formal development of quality standards.
  • Work with the production team to assure that repairs are completed in a timely manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in communicating quality issues throughout the organization in order to prevent further occurrences.
  • Assist in the generation of countermeasures to resolve quality issues.
  • Complete minor defects.
  • Immediate and efficient communication of all non-conformances to those who must complete any needed repairs.
  • Proper planning of units through the inspection area.
  • Work safely in a production environment wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to interact with others.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in automotive field, background in QA, or detailing background is a plus.

Environment/ Shift:

  • Day shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm OR 7:00am - 3:30, Monday through Friday.
