Job Summary

Shari's Cafe and Pies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dish Machine Operator. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and providing exceptional support to our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes and equipment.
  • Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems to the management team.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist other employees in cleaning and organizing the dishroom and surrounding areas.
  • Bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
