Job Details



Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide insights into the company's financial health.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, identifying trends and variances.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support specific business needs and special projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.
