About the Role

IntelliGenesis is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join its dynamic Contracts/Finance team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in providing financial analysis support across all Divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as Pricing Lead and develops compliant Cost Volumes for government and commercial customers in response to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, ROMs, and SBIR/STTR price submissions
  • Prepares, documents, and finalizes rate cards ensuring compliance with government contracting regulations and specified proposal instructions
  • Provides financial analysis support across all Divisions, maintaining current knowledge of industry pricing trends
  • Performs market research/analysis for Purchase Requisitions Forms, advises leadership on key business metrics, risks, and options
  • Supports compliance activities, including internal/external audits, and assists Contracts/Finance team with ad-hoc financial requests and recommendations
  • Participates in contract negotiations, executes subcontract Task Order award documents and modifications for Prime Contracts, tracks and analyzes contract actuals, estimates to complete (EAC), and funding run out dates against original program budget
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, 2+ years of experience, BA or BS Degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Must have experience with financials, including budgeting, tracking, and customer service in a government and/or commercial contracting environment
  • Candidates must possess a strong background working with multiple contract types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Level of Effort (FPLOE), Time and Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and hybrid contracts
  • Mastery of MS Excel, specifically the ability to create and manipulate complex formulas and pivot tables, excellent analytical and communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently as well as being an effective member of a dynamic team, keen attention to detail, and ability to operate in both in-person and virtual team environments
Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, life insurance, disability, paid time off, maternity/paternity leave, 401(k) company match, training/education reimbursements, and other work/life programs.
