Scratch Casual Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Impeccable Integrity

• 2+ years of Kitchen Leadership Experience.

• SCRATCH MENU experience; uncompromising standards.

• Hands-on approach to Training and Developing Team Members.

• Strong Leadership qualities- communication and flexibility are a MUST

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Servant-Leadership; Hands-on approach. MUST be Friendly and Interactive.
