To lead the fiesta, you're required to have a zest for life and at least 2-3 years of managing a bustling, full-service restaurant for consideration. We love experience in both FOH and BOH and also prefer, but can always add-on, a dollop of certifications (ServSafe &/or Alcoholic Beverage Permit). You MUST a palate for a fast-paced environment.
