Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary focal point for assigned programs, coordinating activities between internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to and track customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service
• Assist with the preparation of presentations by compiling data and identifying deviations for reporting to task groups
• Contribute to the overall budget cycle through regular maintenance of audit accreditation reports
