Job DescriptionJob Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be a part of our clients team in Menands NY. This role is heavy statement review and getting caught up on past Accounts Payable. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date

• Promptly resolve customer inquiries

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed

• Assist with statement review tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other related tasks

• Apply understanding of invoices and credit memos in daily operations

• Work with financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for processing invoices and check runs

• Conduct account reconciliation tasks as required

• Ensure accurate coding of invoices.

• Solid experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Strong Data Entry skills for efficient and accurate record keeping

• Proficient in Invoice Processing to handle payments in a timely manner

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
